By using Yogis Pool Service, you agree we are not responsible for any damage to property, equipment, landscaping, or belongings — including from leaks, chemical reactions, cleaning procedures, or old/pre-existing equipment.

All known issues must be communicated before service. When notified, we address problems with the pool or chemicals promptly and professionally.

If recommended or required chemicals are not used or maintained as instructed, Yogis Pool Service is not responsible for any resulting health issues, including illness or skin irritation.

Full payment is required on the day of service by cash or e-transfer. If payment is not received, Yogis Pool Service reserves the right to refuse any and all further communication or service until the account is settled.

All sales are final. No refunds on parts or equipment unless covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All work is considered final — no reimbursements will be issued.

New Home / Pool Inspection:

This inspection is a visual, non-invasive assessment of the pool and mechanical system conducted by a pool service professional. It does not replace a certified home inspection or municipal compliance check. Yogi’s Pool Service assumes no liability for hidden issues or future mechanical failure.
